Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The exception to this policy is Halloween, Christmas, and Easter.
No returns on Halloween, Christmas, or Easter purchases after Halloween, Christmas, or Easter. Easter includes purchases made between March 1st -and Easter. Halloween means purchases made between Sept 1st and Oct 31st, and Christmas means purchases between Nov 1st-Dec 24th.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if your costume includes a wig, the wig must be unopened in order for us to accept your return. All wigs are sealed in separate packaging when shipped). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must return it in a package that properly fits the returned item, so it is not returned with excessive wrinkles. If an item(s) arrive with excessive wrinkles due to inappropriate packaging, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You must return your item within five days of requesting the return. A shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund, unless you received a product in our error.
To start a return, you can contact us at mccabescostumes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within five days of receiving your order) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for a return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to purchase it and return the unwanted item, and a refund will be issued on the returned item once it is received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less original shipping paid and return shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
